*City Lights will partake in 2 Regional Competitions during the 2023/2024 Season.

• Shining Lights Leadership Workshop

• Team party, studio events, and year-end banquet

• Cultivate (adjudication & class/workshop opportunities)

• SL Showcase

• Dance Revolution Showcase *TBD (Production piece IS performing)

• Two local dance competitions (Tribute and The GuidDance Experience: Competition & Workshop)

• Easter Seals Telethon *TBD

• Six Flags Dance Fest

• Spring and Winter Recitals

• Any Nursing Home/Church Performances

Requirements:

• Must be registered for a minimum of 1 dance class (Apprentice/Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop) at Leap of Faith by Friday, August 4th. *Enrollment in a Jazz class is highly recommended! If opting out of Jazz, you may not be part of our Production dance & may not have a chance to perform at DR.

• Must be signed up for the City Lights Rehearsal and sign the Shining Lights Covenant by Friday, August 4th and attend the weekly rehearsals.

City Lights Rehearsals:   Mondays 7:30-8:00 pm

Production Rehearsals: 1 Saturday/month from 9:30-11 am (if you choose to sign up for Production)

• Follow all attendance policies. 

• Attend weekly Bible study. *At LOF, we value our students relationship with Christ and strive to prioritize their faith! With that said, we understand many of our students are involved in Church Groups, Bible Study, etc. If your dancer can not attend an LOF Bible study, please contact Miss Emily.

Cost:

*Mandatory Fees this Season include: All Competitions and Studio Adjudication at LOF. This means no refunds, and fees will automatically be deducted from your account.

• One-time $10.00 membership fee per student

• Monthly Rehearsal Tuition: $20/month

• Registration fee for Dance Revolution if they choose to attend (set by DR)

• LOF Studio Adjudication: $20 fee per dancer

• Convention fees (Cultivate)

• Competition fees (see Team Fees Page)

• Participation fee to perform at Easter Seals telethon *TBD

• Six Flags Admission

Extra Rehearsals:

• There is a good chance a few extra Friday or Saturday Rehearsals will be scheduled, especially when heading into an event like DR, competition, etc.
